Website FAQs

  • Ideally all of the content is ready to go to prevent delays and help the project go smoothly, but I understand that this isn't always possible and I’m happy to work within your timeframe.

  • The cost varies depending on the scope of your project. I work with you to find a solution that fits your needs and budget.

  • For brand and website design, payments are broken into 2 parts. There’s a 50% non-refundable deposit paid before the project starts and the remaining balance on completion. Regular services such as digital marketing are invoiced monthly.

  • I've chosen to work with Squarespace and Shopify as website hosting platforms. Both are reliable, continuously improving and adding more features.

  • Website hosting is a service that allows you to have your website on the internet. You will need to purchase a hosting plan with your provider (ie. Squarespace or Shopify). I’ll go through this process when you are ready to launch your site.

  • Yes, you’ll need to purchase your domain name and provide me with access to your account so I connect it to your website. I recommend GoDaddy as one of the most affordable and reliable providers.

  • I'm more than happy to help with crafting your website copy from the information you’ve provided.

  • No, this isn’t my area of expertise but I can recommend a number of seriously talented photographers.

  • Yes. If you require any updates and maintenance I’m more than happy to help. I also offer training after your site is launched if you wish to maintain it inhouse.

  • Yes, your website deserves to be seen so I incorporate SEO practices into all of my websites.

  • Absolutely! All of the websites I design are responsive, meaning they'll look great on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

  • A moodboard can include colours, fonts, and image inspiration. It's a springboard for your project’s creative direction.

  • Your Brand Kit will include your logo variations, colour palette, typography, and logo usage. It's a guide for anyone working on your brand.

  • Yes! I have a range of printers I work with and am happy to manage this process for you.

  • The timeline for a project depends on its complexity. A brand design can take about 4-6 weeks, while a comprehensive brand overhaul might take a few months.

  • I'll need some information about your business, your project, your target audience, and any design preferences you have. The more you can share, the better the outcome!
